Public and Stakeholder Engagement

Key to the success of the project will be continuing open and transparent communication with the stakeholders and all impacted parties. The development of the scheme will be informed by public feedback.

Construction Phase:

Construction Contractor: Sorensen Civil Engineering:

A Public Information Clinic is now available to members of the public who may have queries relating to the Scheme. The clinic will be held at our Circus Field staff compound near Hazelwood Road  on the first Monday of each month, between the hours of 5:30pm and 7:00pm

The site compound entrance is at the north end of Circus Field and car parking will be available on site for the Public Information Clinics. Members of the public have an opportunity to meet with representatives from both the Contractor and the Employer. No appointments are necessary, but people will be seen on an individual basis and time constraints may need to be applied dependent on numbers attending.
