Road ramps were constructed at the estate entrance to divert any future road flood waters from entering the estate road.

Remedial repair works carried out to the River Culvert safty rail.

Remedial repair works carried out to the estate roads kerbing (kerbing parallel to river) and construction of road spill channels to allow excess road surface water to discharge directly into the adjoining river.

Remedial repair works carried out to the river safety fence.
