Togher Main Works Contractor Appointment

Cork City Council is pleased to announce that McGinty & O'Shea Ltd. have been appointed as Contractors  for the Togher Main Works Contract, the third and final phase of the Douglas Flood Relief Scheme. The Togher Main Works Contract comprises of the Construction of flood defence works in Togher and environs. Works will include the construction of a new flood relief culvert (to replace the existing culvert), a flood defence wall, trashscreen, drainage and utility diversions, hard and soft landscaping and other associated works 

McGinty & O'Shea plan to commence works on site on the 29th of June 2021 and work is expected to be completed in September 2022.
