Public and Stakeholder Engagement
The Project will include opportunities to participate in public consultation, as well as project information and updates on progress including through this website and consultation events.
The public are encouraged to participate in Public Consultation Events which will be held at various stages throughout the project.
A first, opening Public Consultation Event (PCE) shall seek initial views from the public and other interested parties in relation to the key issues that the Environmental Constraints Study should consider, and that the overall Scheme should address.
A second, closing PCE will be held once a preferred scheme has been identified and agreed with the steering group. The comments and queries raised through public consultations shall be considered in the Scheme design and during the preparation of the Natura Impact Statement and Environmental Impact Assessment Report.
